Quest for support improvement
In our quest to improve the delivery of our support, we are delighted to announce some support changes for the betterment of you, our dearest customers.
Earlier in the year 2012, a new support medium was introduced to improve our congested support channels. We have come to conclusion that our experiment with JomAnswers and support ticket system is not as effective as we hoped they would be. We always keep the best interest of you close to our heart. We hear your critics, suggestions and to some, frustration with our support channels.
We are pleased to inform that our primary support channel is now accessible at http://www.jomsocial.com/forum, a dedicated forum to allow users to contribute to existing discussions, keep track of known issues and fixes, and tap into the power of an active community.
