JomSocial 4.4.3 With Support For Automatic Joomla Updates Is Now Available
JomSocial 4.4.3 is a minor maintenance release which introduces the possibility to upgrade your JomSocial installation on a single click of the button. We also managed to squeeze few more bug fixes. Read the full changelog here.
How Does Joomla! Extensions Update Work?
The feature will obviously, work only if you have JomSocial 4.4.3 so for one last time, manual update will be required. However, once that is done, you will just have to press “Update” button.
Here’s how it’s set up:
Go to JomSocial Dashboard and under “Configuration” options open “Register License” page
Go to your account on JomSocial website and find the license number which you will enter into the “Register License” field. Press “Save” and license information will show up.
You are now all set up to wait for JomSocial 4.4.4 and make the automatic update from Joomla backend once update is published.
