What’s new in JomSocial 3.2?
I believe we have created the perfect sharebox and stream experience. We’ve been working on it for the past four months. It’s fabulous!

Admin announcements now look great!
New groups and events show beautifully on the stream
User-friendly, intuitive and easy.
Ease of use is very important to me, so I paid very close attention to each aspect of the new features. I wanted to make sure they’re super user-friendly as well as powerful. I think we got it!
More stability!
You guys have reported bugs on our forums and our new support manager Paul Smith has been on them! Almost all known bugs have been posted, tracked and fixed! The remaining few will be fixed before the stable version is released.
How to download JomSocial 3.2 RC1.

If you have an active license - simply click the download button on “My Downloads” page

Bear in mind that this is still a Release Candidate version and should not be used on production sites just yet.
How to upgrade to this version:
1. Upgrading by installing the package:
- From JomSocial 3.1 - Uninstall the old version and re-install this new version
- From JomSocial 3.0 - You must do tier upgrade
- From JomSocial 2.8 - Tier upgrade
- From JomSocial 2.6 - Tier upgrade
- From JomSocial 1.5 - JomSocial 1.5 is very old, and only compatible with Joomla 1.5! To upgrade to latest JomSocial, user needs to do migration to at least Joomla 2.5 and do the tier upgrade.

2. Upgrading with a patch:
Due the changes in the database structure, upgrading with patch files is not possible. People must use either joomla Extension manager or iJoomla Installer

Report them here: http://www.jomsocial.com/forum/jomsocial-3-2-release-candidates so that our developers and designers can crush them quickly and we can release a stable version without them!
