I think you may be having a caching issue in your web browser, the video in the link plays perfectly in Chrome, firefox, Internet explorer and safari . I also checked it on mobile devices and they work as well

Hi Paul,

We cleared browser chache, joomla cache, but it's not. We disabled cdn, system cache and tested, then also it's not working.
Can you tell me in which case we will get below errors?
1. "No video with supported format and MIME type found"
2. "Your browser does not support the video tag"

Is it because of browser addons?
Note: we tested nearly 10 systems in our organization, same issue there also.

Hi Anand,

Over the last few days whenever i was near a computer with an Internet connection i pasted the video link into the browser, Mac, PC, IE, Firefox, Chrome safari. I own Andriod tablets, phones, Iphones, Ipads and cannot find a device or browser that does not play this video. I then asked our team from all over the world using all different computers, versions and browsers and all have been able to play it in all browsers. We must have tested this on over 20 different pcs/mac all over the world. All i can suggest is if you are getting this error in firefox is that you raise a support ticket with Firefox.

Maybe your organisation has some kind of restriction or plugins that are causing the issue but from here there is nothing more i can test this on
