Hello All,

We are using Joomla 2.5.24, JomSocial 3.2.1 and JoomForest 3.2.1 theme.

JomSocial VIdeos are not playing in Frontpage as well as in videos page. Please find the attached screenshots for reference.

And here is the link :

live.icmgworld.com/index.php/askthearchitects.html (Check Architecture Videos module)

So, users can't see any videos, please check and let us know the issue as soon as possible.

I need to see it. Now your system ask me to log in... and you changed admin credentials.
Please, edit your first post and correct them.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

we use nonumber.nl plugin for cdn & even if we disable that also its not working?

we tried disabling the plugin & its not workign

Also if we download those video to local system from the ftp it works fine

How you generate the video? I think the cron jobs was failed, all video size is 0 KB..

I wanna try to run cron for debug this, but this is what I get :

<br />passthru<br />sh: /usr/bin/ffmpeg: No such file or directory

can you make sure you already installed FFMPEG? and what is the correct path?

Here is the list of videos converted earlier & we find this files exist on the server see the attached list

/images/videos/.... folders

I wanna try to run cron for debug this, but this is what I get :

what i find on the server now changed to /usr/local/bin/ffmpeg

/usr/bin/flvtool2
