This issue was working fine right? i think your server make it broken, if possible you need re-upload the file one by one.

I dont have any idea for this, because this issue related with your server, I dont know why the videos become 0KB, I suggest you try contact the sys-admin, and let them inspect why this issue happened.

But actually those files are broken, normally the file can be played by chrome browser,but your videos can't

Hi Anand,

Right now we are using HTML5 video, well, this is not related with your broken videos.. I also already debug with flow player and not really helps.

Personally I am not sure why this issue happened, maybe the HDD on your server crashed since some of videos back to 0KB and some of them broken.

i agree if the videos are 0kb . but why all the videos are like that?

Like I said all videos are broken, normaly the normal video mp4 can be played from your chrome browser directly.. this is not jomsocial issue, because when I tried upload my video everything is working fine..

Maybe the solution is you need create the code for re-generate the broken videos, or you do it manually by using video encoder on your machine
