a GuestIn a word.... NO!
They have not informed any paying customers of their recent cloak and dagger activities. I know where we're going, for a more stable less expensive experience.7 years ago
GavinSocialize was never a part of the pro package. At least I have always had to buy it in addition. I had made several comments about this in the past as you had to pay for a subscription to get a product which is rarely updated with new features and for the most part, we had been PAYING FOR BUG FIXES! They do need to make this included with the pro edition though, or dare I say it, even free.7 years ago

Post acquisition, pricing plans and features were updated for each plan and Socialize was offered with supercharged and the latest JA Mood was offered for Pro and supercharged. Lots of plugins were also included in respective plans apart from increase in supported domains. You may read about the changes in these blog posts ;

Making a mere template more expensive than the cost of supporting the main JS component. Then have to pay yet another subscription if we wanted the JS Toolbar as well. Therefore to run one JomSocial website, one had to buy FIVE separate support subscriptions EVERY year!Show more7 years ago
