Problem with reports

At the backend in report section he link of the reported profile is in sef. If the sef in on then this link will work, but if the sef if off then this link will not work. Is this a bug or I need to do something missing?

Yes, this is a valid bug. Here is fix:

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

I have replace the file but id did't work. The problem still persists.

Sure it will not work as it creates ACTUAL link to reported item. If you currently use SEF it will be a SEF URL. If you Use non-SEF it will be non-SEF. Link in report will not change dynamically. Reports are used once, when admin is done with report, doesn't use it anymore. Also no body changes from SEF to non-SEF constantly as this is bad for indexing in Google. So if you decide your site will be with SEF... report links are in SEF and are working.
