I tested your site speed with Pingdom Tools:

And here is test for my site:

If you compare both test you'll notice that your server has long time connect (my is about 1s and lover - your is about 1.5 up to even 4s). Also DNS connect time is long - over 1s.
All of this indicates low server performance. We can't do anything with server issues.
How I can replicate Geocode issue?

Now it takes about 20s to 30s to open one page and it is not just the server and the main problem is the SEO and code of the website.
Do we need to upgrade to Joomla 3.3? Does it relate to Joomla?
For Geocode issue you just click each event and the map could not load and then show this problem. We never have this problem before and it also happens after the SEO fix.

Links issue really don't have anything to do with your site loading time... the same for SEF links.
You can disable them and check it this changes anything.
In most cases when I visited your site it was slower than other I had visited. But even now, your site loads for me in few seconds. Not 20 or 30... few, about 4-5.
What is your connection speed?
Also I can't confirm Geocode issue. I logged in and browsed to one of your events. No notice was displayed and map is displayed;

You can try the profle pages and click each members profile. It is very slow. My internet is very fast here and I compare the speed with other websites and our website is slow.
About the Geocode error and I cannot load the map of the events.
You think it is not related to Joomla as well? We have not upgrade to Joomla 3.3 yet.

It's your server for sure.
When I tried to enable Joomla! debug tool I get:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 88464 bytes) in /www/web/worldprofessionals_org/public_html/plugins/system/debug/debug.php on line 1027
So I checked your server settings and they don't meet JomSocial recommended system requirements:
max_execution_time: 30
max_input_time: 60
memory_limit: 128M
post_max_size: 8M

Joomla version has nothing to do with that issue... it's obviously server issue.

Yes, you meet minimum requirements to run JomSocial but we recommend higher values. minimum requirement will let you run JomSocial on... well minimum performance.
Error I mentioned happens due low value for memory_limit: 128M. System can't allocate more memory to run Joomla! (native) debugging tool. This is not good as system can't be monitored with basic, built in tools.
What you can do? Increase server settings to recommended.
As fro Geocode error. I can't replicate it so I'll ask other support members if they can.
It could be your local issue... but we'll check it.

We have changed the server setting to recommended and also upgrade the Server memory to 5120 MB but the website response is still slow.
The speed was fine when we used the jomsocial 3.1 version before. The problem is the jomsocial 3.2.4 we are using and the speed becames very slow. I use moble to view the pages and it could not open the site at all.
Can you please check?

On every page PayPlan extension is loaded. Note how many time it needs to load and how much memory it uses...
The same thing on your backend:

PayPlans extension is loaded even on pages unrelated with PayPlans - like here, printscreen was made in global configuration page.
So please try to disable PayPlan - just for testing.
