1. The website links of groups, photos, events, videos do not work again and show the message:

Missing Controller. Please contact administrator.
We have upload the htaccess file and also did the following setting but the links do not work now.
site admin panel > system > global configuration > site > SEO Settings
Search Engine Friendly URLs = Yes
Use URL rewriting = yes
and save the settings.

It's because you haven't recreate JomSocial toolbar after upgrade. So menu items "lost contact" with component, become disabled with notice: Component 'com_community' does not exist".
Fix is easy:
1. Browse to JomSocial toolbar menu
2. Click on menu item in order to edit it
3. Don't change anything
4. Save
5. Do it for all JomSocial related menu items also for those outside JomSocial toolbar (if any)

It happens before and we tried to upgrade to jomsocial 3.2.4 but this problem is still and please help to check.

After you fixed the problem of the links and we found our website became very slow. We even could not open the homepage sometimes.
Can you please check and test it?
We often see a message for openning the event pages and it shows "Geocode was not successful for the following reason: ERROR" and we did not have this problem before and we saw it after you fixed the links. Can you please advise why it shows this message?

Yes, I'll took over this issue, but please open new ticket for it.
I haven't touched anything in JomSocial or Joomla!.
I just enter to edit mode for menu item and without ANY CHANGES I saved it.
So slow response or Geocode error is not related with fix I done.
I experience long load time every time I visit your site... but will do some tests to check if it has something to do with JomSocial.
So please, let's meet in new ticket :)
