Hi, Piero.
Could you post a link to place where I could see missing cover?
I can't log in to your backend due to long time page load...
Do you experiencing the same?
Hi Michal
Page time load it's "normal" at my side.....
About link, try the event "Speed Date al Kalisphera".
I loaded just yesterday a new cover, and today it's missing.
Same for all other events, groups, profiles.
Hi, Piero.
Hmm, I experience long time load only in backend.
Please, check your system settings by pasting this link administrator/index.php?option=com_community&view=troubleshoots (add your domain).
I saw that event... there is default cover.
So you mean that you upload a cover but after some time it is reset to default?

Missing cover will rather effect with broken link in browser...
Launched
www.1001notte.com/administrator/index.ph...y&view=troubleshoots
I get this:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request
Hi, Piero.
You should see a summary of your system and JomSocial.
Make sure that your system meet JomSocial system requirements:
documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/System_Requirements
Please, edit your first post and add credentials to PHPmyAdmin.
My provider tested to launch the comand administrator/index.php?option=com_community&view=troubleshoots getting same error.
The provider tried to up timeout but no result.
I asked them to check it again and verify JomSocial system requirement.
Waiting for they reply.

I added cpanel and phpadmin credential inside first topic. Try to check this misterius issue. Thanks.
Hi, Piero.
Ok, we are a step closer :) In database admin user has a cover:
ROOT/images/cover/profile/62/810c13ad62aa9136c1d330f8c8058fb4.jpg
But when I try to reach that file via browser... file is missing.
So it there is no file... system sets undefined-default cover.
Something or some process is removing covers...
I still can't log in to your backend - so do you have Amazon S3 service set up and enabled?
Also check this scenario:
1. Upload a new cover
2. Browse to Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Monitor -> Mail queue and run cron job manually (button in upper right corner)
3. After cron job is done (copy whole notice here) check if cover is still there.
