I created a community, but my registered users can't upload any pictures. Even as an administrator I can't.
I can create an album, but after that, nothing.

i have been looked at your website and i can replicate your problem, this problem is cause by javascript conflict but it's hard for me to check which module, plugins or component cause this conflict.. i saw you had 1 album with a photos uploaded there.. i think this problem didn't appear before becuase you had 1 album with a few photos in admin photo album :)
i was tried to disable plugins, module and component which is not joomla & jomsocial default and also i have been tried to reinstall your jomsocial but this problem still persist.. :) can you provide me FTP access ? so i can try to find the issue on your js file directly :)
maybe you remembered after install which component or module this problem happened ? :)

I don't remember after what component it wasn't working the way it should. In fact one of the members pointed it out to me, so I checked and faced the same problems.
I really hope you will be able to solve the problem, as there are more members that want to upload their pictures.

Next time if your provide a credentials to us (admin password, ftp or anything), just edit first post and added it to there :) i have been edited your post :)
