Upload photo doesn't work!

2) Cron can't convert video message!

3) No Video Play from video's page (form menu bar) - File format no good (but if I play from profile's page video play)

Hi, Gustavo.

Please provide us with working administrator credentials.
I can't login to your site.
Please, edit your first post and add credentials to corresponding fields.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi, Gustavo.

1. I assign developer to that issue.
2. Make sure that you have FFMPG installed on server and you have correct path to it. Please, contact with your hosting provider for help.

Hi, Gustavo.

Ok, then make sure that path to FFMPG is correct.
If it is... well, then please wait for developer to investigate why videos aren't converted.

Ffmpeg path is correct.

Server is mine. Linux Centos 6.5 with Parallels Plesk and ssh access.

open_basedir = {WEBSPACEROOT}{/}{:}{TMP}{/}

but in your REQUIREMENTS you have wrote:

Additional Requirements

Disable safe_mode and open_basedir Some webhosting providers have safe_mode and openbase_dir enabled. In order for the photo/video upload to work, you have to disable them. If your webhosting provier allows you to override the Apache's configuration, you need to override the vhost configuration.

php_admin_flag safe_mode off
php_admin_value open_basedir none
