This time it should work. This issue was really tricky. The root cause was that one mentioned in my previous post. But also your translation to Italian broke this function:

A small apostroph in "d'autore" caused js script error :) so I created language overrides for this two constants and now regular user is also able to upload photos :)

2 issue of 3 went away... help me with cron!

Last issue apply to video conversion rather to cron.
I corrected path to FLVTool2 as it was throwing error in cron execution.
But still videos aren't converted...
So I think that something is wrong with FFMPG library... we need to investigate this. Please give us a bit more time.

So you can verify. I think it could be a problem with libx264.

please make sure your server allowing this PHP function: passthru
or any restriction for this php functions: passthru, exec, shell_exec, system. from your server?

or your server allowing that functions be executed by multiple times (at for each loop)?

please ask your server support
