Witrh regards to the Map in JS admin Dashboard.

We have had https (SSL) enabled for weeks already on Administrator area and it was working fine until we did the 3.1.1 update.

We are also having issues with New user Avatar (Default Avatars) not correctly showing, but rather the green avatar. This was an issue in the past as well which JS Team resolved.

Thanks,

Andrew

Hi, Andrew.

As for Google Map you cold try it yourself. As I see you enabled SSL again. So map is not visible. You're using FireFox right? Then your browser blocks mixed content (no ssl). You can disable that block by clicking shield in adres bar (see att.) Then map will reappear.

Gender issue: chart doesn't work correctly because some user have: male/female, other: COM_COMMUNITY_MALE
/COM_COMMUNITY_FEMALE, other have: COM_COMMUNITY_FIELDS_MALE/COM_COMMUNITY_FIELDS_FEMALE and some has empty All user should have male/female.

You can check it by yourself by exporting users to CSV Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Monitor -> Members -> Export to CSV (upper right corner).

In you want chart to work properly all users should have gender field filled with male/female.

You could ran SQL query to change it or do it manually for every user in Backend.

I'll check other issues in next thread.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
