New in JomSocial is the WATERMARK feature where every picture posted on your social is watermarked with a single logo. As a social network admin, what are your legal considerations or concerns of having users post copyrighted pictures on your network and your watermark ending up on said pic? You really have no control over what content gets posted on your network. Thoughts?

Ha! That's a good question. Adding a watermark to copy righted material... suggest that your site is rights owner. And that could be a trouble. So maybe with logo should be added a text "image re-posted on" (logo and text on the same image.
