Does anyone know where to edit the TIME ZONE designations or wording? They are HORRENDOUS! For the western hemisphere they make no sense at all. Thanks.

Try searching in Joomla language manager - overrides, might be in the admin language files if can't find under site

Daniel Soares - that file does not contain the TIME ZONE labels. That is only for countries and the two letter UN codes.
