Referencing the photo above I can't read the chat. Not sure what the reasoning is to put an image as a background to a chatroom. Too busy.

1000's of sites love using the background image upload from Chatwing but also 1000's of webmasters do not use it, the nice thing about Chatwing is everything is customizable. Here is a better visual example
