Hello,
is there a way to disable jomsocial so that the site will load on mobile devices fast again? Load time on mobile devices from 1 to 5 minutes!
Better not having community then having no mobile streaming at all.
I am using Version 4.3.1

TO A better way to solve your issue is this aprouch : instead disable it ... make the mobile view more lite ! ... cut every module that your users don't realy need on mobile 7 years ago

Hello,
I did have a support Ticket open about an ijoomla installer problem. It does not load.
Alin has been assigned to it. I did everything he wanted. Nothing changed, still not loading the ijoomla installer. I wrote him 13.02.2017 but still got no answer.
Could you please look into it again?

Jürgen I answered on your mail. Just again... no FTP login can be given since I do only have one login and the password change is not easily to make.

Will be happy to upload something if needed, make changes according your suggestions, send you files via mail or we can establish a Teamviewer connection.

Hello, does anyone have an idea why I can not access the ijoomla installer, through the components? It just tries to enter, but is not changing to the component.
I have tried deinstall and reinstall with latest version from 22.12.2016
Any ideas on this?

Jürgen my mobile streaming takes up to five minutes. I dont know if this is happening since last update or the steps made from Alin. Just got the info yesterday from clients that it is now about two to three weeks happening. (my fault, should have checked on mobile streaming from time to time) 7 years ago
