Hello,
I did have a support Ticket open about an ijoomla installer problem. It does not load.
Alin has been assigned to it. I did everything he wanted. Nothing changed, still not loading the ijoomla installer. I wrote him 13.02.2017 but still got no answer.
Could you please look into it again?

Jürgen I did what he wanted and replied. A Mail from 14.02. I do not have.
as well ... in the ticket opening I gave Administration Access to my site. 7 years ago

Jürgen I answered on your mail. Just again... no FTP login can be given since I do only have one login and the password change is not easily to make.
