Looking at the website you have just posted, i thought it might be a CSS conflict with Socialize, so i installed Socialize on my localhost and tried it again with one and only available Shadow theme which is 1.0.0 and it is same for everyone (there is no 1.0.1)
The end result was absolutely normal as shown on the picture...

That being said, i am going to examine your account now to see why...

In another installation the shadow theme was not working either. So I compared it with the one Michael fixed today, and I checked that the permissions on the css files were different, they were 600 and yours 644, I fixed that and so it started working too.
Problem was in permissions. I believe that other users also have this same problem.

a Guest I believe I understand what Marco is getting at Dimas, he like me wants to be able to add menu items to the JS Toolbar when NOT logged in, as menu links added to the JS Toolbar only display when the user IS logged in and not before. a Guest I use subscription pro which uses a redirection away from JomSocial and Joomla login, this has alleviated my need for the toolbar login on mobile views, but in instances that use the topmost toolbar and normal login JomSocial login methods, the toolbar only requires a login button, and logo position (in my case), like the Socialise toolbar does already. My Jomsocial website is being attacked by default registration joomla url.

Googled for a solution, several people say to disable the registration joomla users, but Jomsocial does not allow this.

Do you have any solution to this vulnerability?

...is natively available in Joomla and can not be considered as vulnerability. There is no point trying to prove it otherwise.
As for the workaround, have you tried the solution i posted above?

marco If it is considered vulnerable or not, the fact is that the correct functioning of Jomsocial is affected by it. The above-mentioned solution is somewhat complicated to apply. I think Jomsocial should find a ready solution to prevent people registering wrongly in Jomsocial.

I'll try to follow that guidance.

Siniša Krišan The above solution is just a Joomla template override.
What it suggest is to use it and override the native Joomla views with something else, in this case, a hellome module, but really you can use anything...

I,m using JS4.0.9
There is a strange bug in streamin:
When I delete a User, by the adminstrator (JS members "Delete Selected" Some of his activities in streaming remain, but are being by the User visiting the streaming.
In other words, when I visit the streaming I see those activities as of my own. And the other users see as being bi their own.
So I have to delete these publications to avoid...

Xristoph Conrad marco correct. In general, it's best to never delete users from a joomla site due to the way MySQL databases store user data...it's best to just set to public or guest, then disable them...or so I've been told. ; -) I know I run into all sorts of funky'ness whenever I've removed users 4 years ago
