so as it looks like that i can't get the refund now, i have to install this buggy software now :-(
As a lot of other User i have the same problem to get a "normal" way to install an other language Pack for Jomsocial.
1. I downlaod the language pack from www.jomsocial.com/translations/translations/de-DE i tried to install it - no effect!
2. I does all the changes like in this post www.jomsocial.com/translations/translations/de-DE , but there is also no effect fo my JS-page.

How long did you need to get a routine to install the language pack with one click, as it was years ago?

Please you apply this solution www.jomsocial.com/blog/j37-translations to fix the translation.. if you need more help, I need your backend and FTP access, so I can fix by myself.
