Parsing errors in JomSocial en-GB source language files

Hi folks,

I've found out some parsing errors currently present in two en-GB source language files of JomSocial 3.2.1.3 backend:

com_community.ini: lines 1266, 1267, 1395, 1396, 1397, 1424
com_community.menu.ini: lines 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29



com_community.ini:
lines 1266, 1267, 1395 and 1424: double quotes within double quotes
line 1396, 1397: extra new line





com_community.menu.ini:
lines 12-29: extra "com_community." in the keys

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
