Shadow: Error: 0 String could not be parsed as XML

Just funny,

clean installation and an error appears when you click on the template to set up the colors:

0 String could not be parsed as XML

and Error on Jomsocial Backend, when you use the Mood template because usergroups is missing, what should people do they paying for your products???

Please fix it!

I'm sorry that our products give you troubles, I'll report it to our developers so they will be improved in next releases.

As for xml issue, I need to know more about your installation and environment . Please:

1. Edit your first post.
2. Click switch below main text field: prntscr.com/fk3hdg
3. Provide your site details: backend URL, admin credentials and FTP: prntscr.com/fk3hwz
4. Let us know that you provided credentials by posting in the same thread.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi Michał,

i did the requested access granty to a user - so you can log in. Somehow template shadow does not appear in frontpage.

How did you installed JS Shadow?
Could you add FTP credentials to your first post, so I could check?

I add requestet data.

I just copyed in to the folder like it should be done... and selected the theme in Jomsocial

Issue was caused by wrong folder location.
You unzipped template package with the same name and uploaded it to your server.
In result template files ware in shadow/shadow folder: prntscr.com/hd75ht
I moved files and template is working.
