I told you Michael that I have contacted them for help, but you guys that have made this template, should be the nearest to help out with it. And no it was nothing wrong with my server regarding to chmod or anything else. I was in Contact with my provider the whole evening last night.

Hi, Tom.

We helped you by pointing out issue and told you what to do with it. We don't have access to your server settings (I'm not even sure if you have access to server settings that handle this issue). So how could we solve this issue for you, when error notice says clearly that folder can't be created? Without proper rights/server configuration scripts won't work... and you can't blame us for it

I have given the details for the JS support, since JS require that when a support request is made. I suppose that still is there or I can make a new support request.

You provided access to your site and to FTP. This has no use with issues like that one discussed here...
But I checked your site and notice is gone and template works as expected.
Please try it.

Okej, what do you need then? I was trying to access the template right now and it does not work for me for some reason.

You measn that yu can't enable it or error notice is displayed?
Anyway I enabled it now and I can see it on your frontend... no error notice for me.

Now I see it too, I just testet, but the strange thing is that the T3 System Plugin cannot be updated for some reason (version 2.3.1) and I guess it's that one needed to make the site with different colors as it was written in the demo?
This is really confusing I Think, but I guess it's me.

Colors can be changed by customizing template css. If you're not familiar with css... then you'll need to hire a developer to help you.

I tried to edit Socialize template but encountered error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function dom_import_simplexml() in /var/www/html/libraries/joomla/form/form.php on line 927

And this is Joomla! issue...

I assign template developer to also take look at it.

I see your wrote about that issue in Joomla and what line, but you never did tell what I have to fix on that line. Then it's not easy to fix it when I don't know what to fix.

If you remove it we couldn't investigate your issue...

Yes I asked for that becuase I don't seem to be able to use it, and try to understand when the manual used for the installation doesn't work as expected when the steps are followed.

I have once more time asked my Hosting provider if they can find anything wrong regarding to the serverconfiguration, but nothing are found. Please let Albertus take this when he's available.
