When I try to share a photo with eg. Facebook I only get my site logo:
prntscr.com/b2pcqv
prntscr.com/b2pcqv

It does not make sense to share photos users like and only see a website logo. Do you have any idea how to share photos in my network with other social media sites?

Thank you

Hi, Peter.

You have exact the same issue as here:
www.jomsocial.com/forum/installation/33023-sharing-issue#159637

Try to access this photo as NON logged in user:
ecavall.de/fotos/photo.html?albumid=239&photoid=441

You'll be redirected to login page as your site is restricted to logged in users only.
Thus FB crawler simply can't get details of shared page/photo.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
