Not able to upload Avatar image at time of registration

ISSUE SUMMARY: I have registered my self as Artist profile and when i am trying upload avatar then page get freezed and avatar doesn't get uploaded. Please help


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1-- Click on the registration
2-- Registered yourself as Artist
3-- After filling all the required details reach on Avatar image upload.
4-- Selected new image to upload but nothing happened.

Hi, NIck.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Thanks, please take care this as no user is able to upload his/her image so I am facing the problem.

Thanks for your response and suggestion.

I have replaced the file as you have suggested but it is still not working.

When SEF is off then it is working fine but when SEF is on then it is not working. Please advise on that soon.

I did that changing at your site. please try to clear your browser cache first.
and please try will small avatar file size. let me know the result.

Thanks for your quick response.

I have cleared my browser cache and i have also checked this problem in new browser (Safari). I have uploaded small size file. It is only 5 KB, but still not able to upload avatar.

Please find the image which i have tried to upload.
