Hello,
when a profile posts status message (Say what's on your mind) it is published to all other profiles.
I need to restrict that and show it on the wall (activities) only to his /her friends.
How to do that?

Go to your Jomsocial configuration ->layouts->set "Default Frontpage Activity Filter" to User & friends.

Hello,
"User & friends" is only a filter that a user can swap to "All content".
I want to forbid that. I do not want users to have even a possibility to view all content - only friends and I option is correct for me.
How can I restrict users from using the filter "All content"?

Do you have something that prevents me from viewing all content?

Unfortunately,
it is OK to have just this URL: www.sportbook.cz/index.php?filter=all
and you see everything.

Yes, the first thing I need is this: When I am not logged guests can yee posts that are between some friends. That is not desirable.

And the second. I expect big community so I want friends to see only related posts.

Can you help?

Unfortunately there is no easy opt-out option to disable filters.
You may hide them... but if you want to completely remove them - you'll need core hacks.

Core hacks are not recommended nor supported as they may not working with future JomSocial releases and/or cause issues that will be not supported. Users with core files hack refuse to upgrade their installation to keep those hacks and they are stuck with outdated and unsupported versions. Also core hack will be overwritten during upgrade.

If you want to hide Stream for guests just browse to Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Configuration -> Layout -> Frontpage activities -> Show Activity Stream -> Members only.

Hello,
I have set filter Me & my friends to everyone.
However, me as an administrator, I want to share my posts with everyone (all members).
How to do that? Can I set it somehow to become a friend of everyone? Or is there another possibility?
