oke... i thought that by placing the Jom Social Activity Stream module with the setting: ALL would show all the streams regardless the setting in the back-end... but it shows the same feed.

The back-end is very limited for moderating. This because you only see the avatar of the user and the photos and such in links which is very time-consuming to monitor everything.

So is there a solution for this?

I guess it has to do btw that the website has to filter first before showing the results... thats why its taken longer.....

there is no solution for that.
basically there is default privacy settings at backend. so if all users has been using Friends Only privacy, you no need to changing default stream filter any more.

so admin still can see "All" stream items.

thats why jomsocial having privacy for each stream type.
