Actually I just reinstalled jomsocial from scratch to see if it would fix the problem. Let me put back my last site backup and get back to you.

if the issue still exist. please try to re-install it. no need from scratch. just re-install it without uninstall anything.
that step will revert back all jomsocial core code to original.

I did that and the cover pic works but:

The old version of the top members module you installed for me is gone.

And karma points not updating when i post on the homepage.
