ISSUE SUMMARY:


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1. login
2. change top user plugin settings to sort by user points over all time.
3. view Top Users Plugin front end changes.

RESULT: not sorted by user points. Also the number of views and profile likes don't change.
EXPECTED RESULT: to be sorted by user points

that top user module only counting daily based points, not all points from beginning.

In the settings there is a time span option for "all time". See attached image.

let me try to explain in more technically.
Top users data based on statistic data at community_profile_stats table. jomsocial having that stats since jomsocial 4.1.
because before 4.1 we didn't track the data.

all time mean all collected stats data.
custom days mean only counting the data that collected in days range that from custom days value.

Well is not sorting properly buddy. If Ronald has 15 points and Nalini only has 1 point, who suppose to be on top? And why isn't the other users displayed in the plugin? They have points too. See attached image.

Top Members module not only counting user points for users rank. but since jomsocial 4.1 we have profile statistic.
that statistic collected at community_profile_stats table. that statistic will collecting how many times site members profile that viewed by users, how many times users "likes", comment, etc. simple say "how active" that users at that site.

so, not all activities earning some points. if user A got 1 point, user B 10 points. and if user A visiting site members profile page of 20 site members. user A ranking more higher than user B

In my example, Nalini Ranks higher than Ronald (Me). Nalini is a test account which I only logged in with a couple times but yet Nalini ranks higher than Ronald (me). I Ronald, am the most active person on the site as I am the one working on it. No one else has access to it. The plugin is not functioning properly. Give me a possible solution to the problem and stop stalling and frustrating me.

Ok, I logged out and back in and it seems to be working now. I not the karma points are not displayed in the top user module. What does the star represent?

Ok, I logged out and back in and it seems to be working now. I noticed the karma points are not displayed in the top user module. Ronald Mohammed has 16 karma points but it says 44 next to the star. What does the star represent? And how do I display the actual karma points?

like my prev post that I explained to you. that top users module NOT related with karma points. but related with "User Profile Statistic" data.

this table start collecting the statistic data since jomsocial 4.1
