Modify Cover on Profile page Not Updating...sigh, another error!

Where I could see that issue? You provided "ttbs-webtest" as you supported domain.
Obviously it's not working...
Please, could you post your site correct domain?

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

You had enable Joomla caching on your site.
I disabled it and now cover could be changed.
Please, check profile cover of account you provided us access.

No, modal window should be gone and cover updated.
I clicked outside window so it was gone and reloaded page... and cover was updated.
So uploading and writing file on server works.
nevertheless it should auto-update after upload.

I assign developer to this thread.

Hello,

This site is hosted on a local corporate network, there is no external ftp access. Another Jomsocial rep made me replace profile.php while addressing another issue I had. Here is the link to that problem and the zip file he sent me:

What ever you did messed up my user points system. Points are no longer awarded for actions. I spent over a month trying to rectify that user points issue with another Jomsocial rep and your changes messed it up.

hard for us inspect this issue, i tried everything to inspect this issue and tried use joomla extplorer, but its really slow to check the code. My suggestion, please you change your site to the live server, I am sure this issue is working fine.. and if you still get this issue it will be easier for us to inspect this.

It's an intranet site. This is going to be the live server and no, it's not working fine as you can see. Now the user points issue is back also. It's not updating user points on the homepage only. Maybe you can help me with the issue instead of saying its fine....smh. I can send you the files you need.

Hi,

please check it. seem joomla menu item ID issue.
I delete jomsocial from main menu item, and re-create it again.
