Trying to open "docx" in private messages fails

ISSUE SUMMARY:
Someone sends private message to another member, and attaches a word file .docx. The receiving member tries to open the document, and gets error message "view not found".

Have checked the joomla settings for Mime types / Legal extensions. But they are all correct.

Investigated this more in depth and found out that docx files can only be opened if in the format:

test_document.docx

But the file can't be opened and throws error if without underscores:

test document.docx

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Someone sends private message to another member, and attaches a word file .docx
2 The receiving member tries to open the document

EXPECTED RESULT
Receiver can open docx file

This is known bug and was already reported.
Please, follow original thread report for possible fix:

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
