Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
ISSUE SUMMARY:
I have discovered that Badges, Moods and memes not are showing up att all. Badges is set to be Active, but the other ones can't be found. The same with memes with photo. See printscreens.
Could you explain a bit more?
I checked your site backend and moods are there:
prntscr.com/6vxryd
Then posted in frontend with mood:
prntscr.com/6vxs4v
So mood could be posted properly.
I even added new mood called "tested" and everything is fine...
Also badges are displayed. I customized badge fo 0 points and it's showing in profile:
prntscr.com/6vxsvf
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
Ok, but I can't find the memes and badges, which is showing here:
www.jomsocial.com/blog/js33-dev-status
but they maybe are available when typing a status Message on the mainpage and Group page or am I totally wrong now?
You just misunderstood. In blog we showed (1st screen) defauld emoticons and on second two screens how they could be customized. You just need to add them... you may add ANY meme or emoticon.
Just browse to Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Theme Designer -> Moods and click ADD MOODS.
