Updating broke my site

If you answer in thread you already started - it will remove it from our "No Answer" list so we don't see it.
If you need to add something, you should rather edit your first post.
That's why no one answered... we didn't ignored you...


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Thanks for that info. However, it doesn't solve my problem. Since this is a LIVE site, I'd really appreciate it if someone could solve the actual problems as soon as possible.

Also, as noted in my original thread, I have provided information about the errors, and they are very much visible on the page. Ergo, I don't see the need, just right now, to have some unknown person rooting around in the backend. I would assume that since this is DIRECTLY related to updating your component, that you have probably encountered these problems before. Please take a look at the issues FIRST, then tell me what the problems are that you CAN solve, and then if that does not work, I will create a temporary login for you.

I am looking at the Network page on my site right now, and I can see one of the errors right there. It's not exactly hard to find them. Start there. cannection.ca/network
