NOTE: I was able to get an answer on JoomlArt chat. They claim that the two (JomSocial and JoomlArt's JA Builder Pro) will work together. They gave me a link that is supposed to show how to do this -- though the sample is for EasySocial.

Since you were sold to JoomlArt, I have to consider paying more for renewal. I don't see much in the new packages that look at all interesting to me as we have the site we want from our previous PRO account. However, there is one thing I would like to ask about:

What is JA Page Builder Pro? How does it work? Does it actually integrate with my current version of JomSocial? Do you have a demo of it working with JomSocial?

HI, Laurie.

Thank you for contacting us.
I'm not sure why you say that you have to pay "more" for renewal.
You own JomSocial Pro Package and renewal price is still the same:
- $99 for 6 months
- $179 for 12 months
You may refer to price you paid with discount using a promo code from one of our promotions. Please, take a look here, where you find regular prices for packages: www.jomsocial.com/pricing . If you purchased for lower price than regular or even renewal price - lucky you :) But promotions are not happening everyday ;)

Also here you can see difference between versions: www.jomsocial.com/change-log So changes aren't that small how you may think ;)

As for JA Builder, please, take a look at this site: www.joomlart.com/ja-builder

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
