I bought Jom social SUPERCHARGED plan on 27/04/2016, and I am unable to proceed further, did not get any mail on installer, all I got was option to download jom social pro/ socialze and ebook. I need help in proceeding further from very basic.
1. First you need to have server. There are many offers in internet. Company doesn't matter really. The most important thing sis that server meets our system (and Joomla!). So first thing you should do is browse Internet in search of hosting providers in your country.

4. After you install Joomla! you'll need to configure it as you need it... this part may be hard if you don't have a basics so I advise to search in Internet for documentation and tutorial. Or ask on forum.joomla.org
Or even hire someone to do it for you.... or teach you.

If you still are lost - please, consider to take a Joomla! courses to increase your skills, read documentation, search for tutorials or finally hire someone to build your site.

- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
