Hello Jomsocial Team,

6 months ago i have bought the Jomsocial Professional package. Today my license has expired and want to renew. I saw i can get 50% discount on the renewal, but iam not really agree with this. After i bought Jomsocial i have test it on my site, and i saw there was a lot of bugs, so i have wait for the next release. I upgraded from 2.8.X to the next release and so on till 3.1X.X, and Jomsocial still have a lot of bugs. I am waiting 6 months for a good working Jomsocial version, but it can't get it . My plan was launch my website months ago, but with so much of bugs i can't put it online. So i think 50% discount for a not fully functional component is too much. Is there a solution to solve this??

Thank you for your inquiry. Allow me to be plain honest; it is nearly impossible to create a 100% bug-free software. However, we're working days and night to ensure that JomSocial have less and less bugs everyday. If you check out our blogs, we've taken extensive steps in squashing these bugs since January 2013. From the feedback of our customers, it appears that this effort is showing it's good results.

However, we know that there are bugs and that's why we're here; we offer helps and assistance to our customers in both dealing with any bugs and applying JomSocial to their domain. We understand your situation and would be more than happy to provide a solution which both of us are happy with.

What I can suggest as of now is to wait until the release of the next version. For any detailed information on each version, kindly check our roadmap and changelogs .

I know there you can't develop a bugs free component, but the most issues I have still doesn't solved. Support only said "I will talk to the developers, you have to wait to the next release" and so on. And in the next release the problems still exist. This is wasting my money and time. I bought something what doesn't work 80%. After more testing I got more issues, but my license is expired so I can't make topic. What compensation I want a free renewal of my license for a x months.

Can i get an answer?
