yes it works because it is working now on PHP5.6. I have run now PHP7.0 and here the problem. please check now.

please you check on latest php version 7.1, and tweak the configuration like I said before...

if this issue still happens so I recommened you to use php5.6, it quite stable so far, on our server also use php 5.x as well :)
