Cannot upload photo to change avatar or cover photo

ISSUE SUMMARY: Hi - I have installed JomSocial but when I go to change avatar or cover it loads to the end of the progress bar but then stops and does not upload (see attachment) - can you help?

You had the same issue like here: www.jomsocial.com/forum/installation/321...es-on-install#155358
In point 1.

You've made Profile page your default JomSocial page. This caused photo upload issue.
I disabled that menu item and created new one with frontpage as default page. Now photo upload works:

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
