Canot upload / add pictures to my groups

ISSUE SUMMARY:
I tried to upload pictures to my hobby farmers group and it fails. I cannot upload pictures to my group

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 sign on and create a group and try to add pictures to it.

I'm sorry but i can't replicate your issue. I was able to upload photo without any problems:

I used SU account you provided us. Does this issue apply to regular users?

The problem is actually when i create a discussion and try to upload a photo. It doesnt do anything. Regular user. This is the photo im trying to upload in discussions. Less than 3 mb.

Could you:

1. Describe step by step what you do to upload photo.
2. Zip above photo and attache it again - I'd like to try with that particular photo (attaching file directly will case it to re-size)

Can you please use our regular user account: <removed for security reason> Please try again with this user as it is the user account that created the group and is having the issue.

I hope this private account information is not posted in the forum.

I'm sorry but the only way to provide us sensitive data is to edit your first post, scroll a bit down under main text field and enter credentials into "Miscellaneous" field.
Please, provide us user name and password for regular user.

I do not see that box, I did before. I did add the nikkiandchaz info in the body with the other account info on your end. please check that.. I put it under user name and pw etc.

I created my own regular user account on your site.
Then I uploaded photo in group album, photo in Nikki's discussion about Chickens (second post) and created my own discussion with photo in initial post.

Each upload was successful what you can see on your site.

I used FireFox... what browser do you use?

I just tried again to create a new discussion. I cannot upload an image. It comes up with a green line and does not do anything else. See attachment. I use chrome.

I uploaded photo without any issue.
Could you zip and attach that photo here?
Also, could you try on other computer?

It is doing the same thing on a different pc on Edge. I do not know how to zip it.

Uploading photo here will have no use as it's resided by forum script... and de facto it won't be the same photo you upload.
You need to have apps like 7zip or WinRAR to zip files.
Only zipped could be uploaded here so I have use of it.
You may also just upload that photo on your server and just post URL to it.

Here is the picture using winzip.

Also what do you mean by this:

The zip file only appears to be compressed a small amount. Are you saying the jomsocial forum resizes the image so it is not te same image we uploaded?
