I cannot access you live site backend. please make sure your server has installed latest version of FFMPEG.

and make sure using the FFMPEG from here:

FYI:
you need to install it by your self, or asking your server support how to do it.

Update failed! ffmpeg no have docs complete for installation/update. The ffmpeg installed is from default CentOs repository

there is an internal server error at cron job process. please have a look at server error log for error detail. I need it.
and please changing your php configuration:
max_execution_time from 30 to 3000
max_input_time from 60 to 6000
post_max_size and upload_max_filesize to more higher. now only 16MB, that mean you cant upload the file with size more than 16 MB.

and regarding cron job error message:
Premature end of script headers

that mean something not right at your server. seem file permission.
please reset all files permission to default. 644 for files and 755 for folders.

if still cant. please edit your first post, and put hosting cpanel access detail. I need to check something.
