Hi, Steven.
I'm sorry but I can't access your site backend due to additional htaccess protection.... you didn't provided us htaccess credentials.
Please, edit your first post and add them to credential box (below main text field).
HI, Steven.
I confirm your issue. Please, contact with your hosting provider and ask them for server error log.
I guess that inside error log we may find the clue what is wrong.
Michal,
I appreciate the reply.
I have copied the error log to the location specified, in the 'extra information' section, where we edit our posts.
Thank you and Blessings,
Steven Dunn
HI, Steven.
I can't access your server via FTP:
Status: Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NONAME - Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known".
Michal,
I have updated the login information. Via CyberDuck I have successfully connected using FTP-SSL with Port 21 using the login info provided.
Blessings,
Steven
HI, Steven.
I assign developer to this thread.
Albertus,
I appreciate the reply. However, I am having a difficult time understanding your sentence due to the phrasing of the English. Can you re-post your request and exactly what you are looking for in greater detail?
Thank you,
Steven
Albertus,
I appreciate the temp fix. It now appears the cron job can run, however I am having issues with Zencoder too at the moment. I will know for sure after Brightcove support gets back to me if it is all working correctly.
I have also added latest Apache error log to the folder.
Thank you and Blessings,
Steven Dunn
Hi,
this is complicated issue. and only happening at your site. it must be related with server things.
to tackle this issue, we need to try any possibilities. regarding error log, please try to shutdown ModSecurity.
ModSecurity is an open source web application firewall.
