video remain in pending im change server this day and have ffmpeg support the cron is created by the server but my site not converted video why?

I have seen this problem when I click on video pending and I click on a video on Put in the foreground you can see the video on the home page but not in the folder remains pending and is not seen in the general category and not video 'converted?

problem my site when im try upload flv ok converted and put in video but when im upload mp4 not converted and remain in pending possible help me for that? i have buy jomsocial and jomsocialize 5 day ago

I am now installing the latest available FFMPEG release which is version 2.7.1:

and configure the application to use it. You may check the conversion again as all the requirements JoomlaSocial has are present on the environment. The cron which runs the conversion is set to execute each 30 minutes which means any new video conversion may take 30+ minutes. Here is the test mp4 file we processed:

The information you see on this page is for the php extension installed on the server which is indeed version 0.7 but there is no newer version of the php extension. The version of the ffmpeg binary is 2.7.1:

which is the latest available ffmpeg release.

If the videos you have uploaded are still pending this means the cron job has not executed yet and you may need to allow some additional time. If the videos does not convert within the next 40 minutes contact the JoomlaSocial developers to investigate the issue further as it is related to the script. The requirements this application has are all present on the server and debugging of the internal functions of the module is development related issue.

The best option will be to contact certified local web developer to review the script and debug it for you. As mentioned already we do not offer development services to debug the application in question and patch the coding of the same.
