Hi Michel,

if not converted, must be the issue with ffmpeg it self.
please make sure you put correct ffmpeg path at jomsocial video setting.
and make sure that ffmpeg using latest version ffmpeg.org

I need you to provide me FTP access detail. so I can make sure about that ffmpeg is exist and correct.

jomsocial doesn't convert the videos. videos always converted by FFMPEG it self.
I just checked, FFMPEG not exist at your server.

please contact your hosting provider about that. and make sure using latest version www.ffmpeg.org/
after installed, you must put the correct path of FFMPEG at jomsocial backend. hosting support must be know about what the path of installed FFMPEG.
