ISSUE SUMMARY:
videos are not posting to stream

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Go to naughtyandnice.social and login as test member (login provided in site information)
2 Click "naughty" button on the switch profile menu (far right)
3 Attempt to post a video
4 Click "nice" button on the switch profile menu (far right)

RESULT videos are not there
EXPECTED RESULT Videos should post

since when this issue happening? seem the issue with Jomsocial Profile Types extension.
because your site is a live site. can I download your site by using akeeba backup?

I need to make site copy for debugging purpose. because will damaging your site in temporary.

I don't know how long it's been going on. We are just now testing these things. Do I need to download the site using Akeeba? or you? If I do, how do I do that? I know Akeeba is on our joomla install.

Also, it seems we can upload, but the videos never come out of pending and they are not converting. I've added all the video requirements FFMPEG and FLV links to the configuration in JomSocial. Am I missing something here?

Could not convert video

FFMPEG issue mostly from server configuration. I need to access FTP, but the access detail is not valid. I cant login with it.
- please make sure that FFMPEG exist at your server and using latest version ( www.ffmpeg.org/ )
- and you put the correct path at video setting.

I have checked with my hosting provider and they gave me the proper FFMPEG information. The issue is something else.

seem there are some restrictions at your server. jomsocial cant read some configuration parameter from database.
I want have a look some php parameter about some limit, but I cant access system information at joomla backend:
http://[site domain]/administrator/index.php?option=com_admin&view=sysinfo

can you open the access for me for that page?

The documentation for cron jobs doesn't really help me. Can you suggest what I should do?
Also, where did you see the "ffmpeg version 0.10.6 built on Feb 4 2013", my server says they have updated everything.
IS there anything in my folders or php that is missing pertaining to videos on Jomsocial?

every server not must same for cronjob setup. I suggest you to asking your server support about how to create cronjob for:
www.domain.com/index.php?option=com_community&task=cron
cronjob can be setup for every 1-5 minutes.
