Hi Alicia,

the FFMPEG location at your server at this path:
/usr/bin/ffmpeg

and the version still very old:
ffmpeg version 0.10.6 built on Feb 4 2013 12:45:33 with gcc 4.4.6 20120305 (Red Hat 4.4.6-4)

I suggest you to asking that server support for more. the server need to upgrading that FFMPEG version to latest ( ffmpeg.org/ )
