I understand what you say and I saw your two testvideos, but what I don't understand is how you could be able to upload these videos. I tried with one of my own and yes it was uploaded but it never convert. That's what I find a bit strange.

please compress that video in zip file.

about cron job setup. I suggest you to asking your server support about it.

please try to upload video in other format. your video in WMV format, and the error message:
Conversion failed, because Video encoding failed.

try to upload video in mp4 format. FFMPEG not perfect, video conversion depend with FFMPEG.

Now cron is set, but still it wont work. The video will not convert. I tried with the format you told me to try, but no it's no luck. I have even talked with my server support and they have done all they can do, so I hope you can help me out of this. It seems as my hosting provider told me that there are something that not have the right options, but I don't know what.
