ISSUE SUMMARY:

I have problems uploading photos in Publisher Pro.
My firts problem is, how can my user know the real name of the photo?. I mean, I've uploaded the image "Grifols1" with the user "tabugaba", I, as administator, have searched the name "1704542460553f9a229ce939.45439366_grifols1.jpg" ,and putting in the field "Image web link" (attached file) images/stories/publisher/galley/1704542460553f9a229ce939.45439366_grifols1.jpg the image shows. But my bloggers don't have acces to the name 1704542460553f9a229ce939.45439366_grifols1.jpg.

How they must type the field "Image web link"?

The second problem is that, once I've put an image in the article, if I try to edit this article, the screen is very rare, and I cant's save the changes, for examples, it appears strange charaters in my text, etc. I show you what I see in the screenshot attached ("Editing article with photo"). To see this you can enter with the user tabugaba to see any of the articles he has.

1. Sorry, this is not possible
2. In order to test this problem I need an author account, I tried "tabugaba" with password from admin, from ftp but it's not working, I also have created one author "alinauthor" but I can't log in front. I also tried with the user you gave me for back-end, I get an error about "vbulletin", can you please check this? I need an author account, so please write the password for "tabugaba" in the red section from this topic.
I tested ftp access an I get critical error, could not connect. So please check ftp access and give me that password.

I've put the password of tabugaba, and the FTP data (I think the problem was with the name of the FTP server, beacuse user and password are correct.

Don't worry aboute the error messase of vbulletin, works well instead of the message.

You provided us a login in the "Miscellaneous" section. An URL, user and pass. Please try to log in with them and you will see what I mean, it said that user doesn't exist.
Then I wanted to create my user from admin area, ijoomla one. I then tried to login in website front end and I can't - User does not exist message.
Then I wanted to check again my password from admin and I wanted to save ijoomla user and I get:

So, at the end I can't log in in your site frontend.

Data for tabugaba are correct. I've entered it right now with copy and paste, and all works well: the url, the user (tabugaba) and the password.

Can you tell me exactly what are you typing and where?

Another problem. When you login in Joomla (you can do it with the data of tabugaba) the photo in Jomsocial of the adiministrator appears in all the comments. I attached a screenshot.

If you not login, the administrator photo appears only in the comments of the administrator. This is OK.
