About your problem from Publisher, after I made debug, I discover that "System - JTouch Mobile 3 Controller" plugin is causing all the problems from editing article page, you can unbublish it and test. There are some errors, warnings coming from that plugin. Before unpublish that plugin, you can go to Back-end -> Sistema-> Configuracion global -> Servidor ->Informe de errores, set to -> Desarrollo and click -> Guardar to save and then go in front-end at publisher articles to edit and you can see all the errors coming from that plugin, you can copy them and submit a ticket on the forum/support of that plugin.

About JomSocial issue, can you please provide us more info? that image is from JS page? I can't see the URL there.
Two questions
1. What is the commenting component that is shown on his pictures.
2. Can you attach the template file that actually display that section.

Most common this issue come from wrong users ID's, that vbuletin corrupted somehow your site/users. Just go in admin and try to enter in JS component, you will see a long list of notices:
Notice
vbulletin: A user has been found that matches the login details

vbulletin: Skipped Password Update: Clear text password not available

vbulletin: Language of the user not updated

I mean, I've uploaded the image "Grifols1" with the user "tabugaba", I, as administator, have searched the name "1704542460553f9a229ce939.45439366_grifols1.jpg" ,and putting in the field "Image web link" (attached file) images/stories/publisher/galley/1704542460553f9a229ce939.45439366_grifols1.jpg the image shows. But my bloggers don't have acces to the name 1704542460553f9a229ce939.45439366_grifols1.jpg.

How they must type the field "Image web link"?"

That field is from web images, web URL's and not images from inside joomla . For those images they need to create a media (Add New Media), choose image and upload an image that will show up inside article.

My programmer have solved the problem with that plugin. Now I have the text and the photos. How can I put the photos into the tex?

I'm not capable to insert the images Grifols 1B and Grifols 2B into the text.

There are two ways to put that images in the article:

1. I attached to you a print-screen.
and
2. With Publisher. You can see there 2 images in the bottom of the print-screen that you sent me in your last comment. Those 2 images will automatically show up in your article, but you don't need to drag and drop them in your article, as you can see, the images have some options: "Show on intro", "Alignment"... and you just set there where to show up, and after saving, they will show up in your article.
